Eric C. Brunick
Eric C. Brunick joined FREED & WEISS in 2004. His practice spans every stage of the litigation process, from investigating claims to motion and discovery practice to settlement. Mr. Brunick prosecutes consumer fraud class actions alleging unfair and deceptive consumer charges such as damage waivers, restocking fees, and early termination fees; bogus consumer products and services; and deceptive insurance practices such as silent PPO schemes. Eric has extensive experience counseling individual consumers. His client-focused skills has led to significant recoveries for class members in settlements against Internet Service Providers, Wireless Telephone Service Providers, and Prepaid Calling Card Providers.
