Julia A. Peterson
Julia is an experienced litigator and member of the Missouri Bar. She received her JD from the Saint Louis University School of Law in 2005. She was a David Grant Clinic Student Award Candidate for her commitment to civil rights and work with indigent clients. While working as a public defender in the city of St. Louis, she litigated several hundred cases. She successfully defended indigent clients as Chief Defense Counsel in many jury trials. She advanced client goals through negotiations, successful conflict resolution, motion practice, discovery, investigation, and depositions. She established a successful professional network of judges, court officers and law enforcement officials.
