Front Load Washing Machines / Mold and Odor Problems Investigation

FW is currently prosecuting and investigating class action lawsuits against Sears / Kenmore, Whirlpool, LG, GE, Bosch, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Samsung and other manufacturers of front-loading washing machines. These machines allegedly have door seal drainage issues. These machines fail to properly drain causing buildup, mold and foul odors, ruining clothes and necessitating costly repairs. Some models also have electronic issues and experience door lock, stopping and/or failure to run. These machines often display the same or a repeated few error codes.

The federal judge in the Whirlpool Multi-District Litigation (MDL) recently certified a statewide (Ohio) class of persons who own Whirlpool front load washing machines.
