Is Western Union Keeping Your Money or Charging Too Much For Foreign Currency Exchanges? - Western Union Not Returning Sent and Uncollected Money Transfers and Western Union Uses Less Favorable Exchange Rates

FW is currently prosecuting a class action against Western Union for not returning money transfers sent through its system when the recipient of the money never claimed the funds.   In other words, Western Union did not give you your money back when the money transfer did not go through.  If you have sent money through Western Union that was not collected, and Western Union never returned the money or returned the money after several years, please contact us for information about the case.

FW is currently investigating new claims against Western Union.  Have you sent money internationally through Western Union? If so, your recipient might not be receiving the full amount of money you sent or you may have been overcharged. Western Union sets its own exchange rate at rates that are different than standard exchange rates and in turn Western Union keeps that difference. If you feel that you have been deceived by Western Union in this way, please contact us.
