Eric D. Freed
A Founding member of FREED & WEISS LLC, Eric D. Freed has more than 15 years of experience representing plaintiffs in complex class action and commercial litigation. His practice focuses on consumer fraud class actions, with a particular emphasis in insurance fraud class actions.
Eric graduated from Claremont McKenna College where he received a B.A. in Political Science in 1985, and he graduated from the University of Illinois School of Law in 1991.
Prior to founding FREED & WEISS LLC, Eric operated a successful sole proprietorship in California, where he practiced in the fields of consumer, antitrust and securities class action litigation.
