Breach of Contract
A breach of contract is a failure, without legal excuse, to perform
all or part of what the contract requires. In such case, you may have
a right to recover damages.
In our class action case against CORVEL CORPORATION, for example, medical
providers allege that CorVel breached its “Preferred Provider”
contract with medical providers by failing to provide “steerage”
and referrals as required by the contract.

In our class action cases against automobile insurance companies (such
as ALLSTATE and AIG, among others), medical providers allege that the
insurance companies breached insurance contracts by failing to reimburse
them for all reasonable medical bills, as the insurance contract required.
