Automobile "Fast" Odometer Investigation
FW is currently prosecuting class action lawsuits against Nissan and DaimlerChrysler for installing odometers in its vehicles that allegedly overstate the number of miles actually driven, resulting in the premature expiration of warranties and improper per-mile charges on leased vehicles.
